Been browsing appstore for alternative to Reminders and went through lots of ridding newly downloaded socalled notes apps which are crappy. Till i found a serious contender right here, fits all my needs and very friendly to get started. Keep up the good work. Will definitely purchase full after trial.

Auto schedule separates this app from the rest. If you want to boost your time management download this app it’s fantastic. I really hope the developer makes an app for Mac?

This app is feature rich! The auto schedule feature is really awesome. It feels very smooth and quick to select and edit multiple tasks, organise etc.. hats off to the developers, they’ve done a great job on this!

If I were to make a list of features I’ve always wanted in “Things” Sorted would be it. Integration of Calendar events (not just listed), easy to look ahead by just clicking on a date, easier use of tags (get a list of everything with a tag in a list), notes with some formatting, if I want to mark a repeating task completed a done I don’t have to wait for it to show up “Today”... And, I could try it out before purchasing!

Siri Shortcuts would be nice. For example, “my next action”.

I tried multiple apps since this is my first iPhone in a while but this one blows all of the other ones away including Things and Bear Notes

I used this app DAILY. My fav to do list that keeps my routine without me stressing to hard about it.

Awesome user interface, and also easy to use.

I have tried a truck load of todo apps and they have all attempted to do too much. I gave the trial of Sorted a go and was hooked, it inputs all my calendar entries into actionable todo’s, it’s easy to swipe between days, the UI is stunning. As another review mentioned, a week view glance would be great but this is now my new todo app.

I've tried most to-do list apps out there and, while I can't do without one, they always end up holding far too many random bits and pieces, and become unwieldy. Sorted 3's design means that I have to prioritize my most important tasks for the day, and only include those which I can realistically hope to achieve, given the time I have to work on them. This means that I no longer waste time on busy work (or creative procrastination). My other to-do list app remains the place where I dump everything I need to do, from the essential to the trivial, but Sorted 3 is where my critical tasks get done.

Love the way Sorted 3 enables scheduling tasks into my calendar so I have an idea of when I’m supposed to actually do all the things I want to accomplish. I do wish that the tasks created were just the iOS Reminders so that they would work across all the Apple ecosystem, but I understand that there are limitations to what you can do with the native reminders. And I’m really looking forward to getting integration with iOS 12 Shortcuts, which I expect the developer is already looking at. Only thing really missing at this point is a MacOS app so I can manage tasks anywhere.

This is a wonderful and beautiful app. Just bought it and amazed at what this app can do. Still working with it but nonetheless impressed. Can you make the widget screen black ?

This is the most convenient application for planning and storing the information that I could find. Waiting for web version and ability to attach files - at least pdf and jpg.

I am happy to pay for the full version of this app. It’s got super intuitive gestures and works exactly as it says it will. Also integrates amazing with the apple calendar. Would love to see it added to shortcuts!

I’ve tried a few task apps but Sorted 3 finally fills the need I was looking for. I like the list creation and the ability to create formatted notes under a task. Would love it if there was a web app someday though

Great for combining your calendar from outlook or wherever and and list or to-do tasks you have. Adding and adjusting the list is super easy and push notifications are helpful as well.

Sorted has been great from the beginning, but I started to worry about its fate since the Mac app version was in beta for so long and I stopped hearing about it. Then all of a sudden iOS is revamped with a new design and it’s even more fantastic. I reaallly hope there is a desktop version of this that will come out to accompany it. Entering tasks each day would be a breeze and it would become my singular task managing app!

I absolutely LOVE this app. I can see my calendar & reminders all together. I was trying to put appointments in calendar as well as putting them in reminders just so I didn’t plan something while I was at an appointment. I use to have my Son’s schedule in these two apps as well but he is off to College so it isn’t so hectic just wish I would have found this years ago!!!! Hope you all are ready for iOS 12.0 !!!!

As a designer, I've been so picky and couldn't find the to-do app I need. Anything else on market is either over-complicated or comes with very bad UX. Used Sorted the first time and an instant buy to me. When you design an app it's so easy to over-do it. The temptation is always there. But Sorted got the balance just right. What a delight! Congratulations! Keep it up! 👍🏻

I am in love with this so far and I am going to purchase when my free trial is up. Being able to schedule tasks and have it listed with my Calendar events is perfect. I used an app similar to this years ago called Memento and was really upset when they stopped supporting it. Every time I think of a feature this app should have, it has it. Checklists within tasks, custom repeating tasks, flags etc.... Really really nice.

This app had the right mix of features I lacked, simplicity of use and required a minimal amount of customization to dial it in for my use without getting lost in a million features I would never use. I love the auto schedule, calendar tie in and the combination of tags and list to organize the way I want to. I don’t know if it will work for everyone. All depends on what sort of organization you’re looking for. The free trial duration gave me a good feel that the $15 for this was worth it.

It is better than things, and cheaper than things. What’s not to like

Having tried dozens of apps for organizing time and managing to-dos, I'm really enthusiastic about this one. It is easy and even fun to use; it mixes events and tasks in an intuitive and helpful way; auto-scheduling, easy re-scheduling and re-organizing, checklists and rich text notes, are all terrific. I'm looking forward to a companion Mac app! Of course, I also have a wish-list of features I'd like to see added, without losing the app's clarity and focus. The biggest ones for me: (a) selective export (single item, selected items, list, history, range of dates); (b) multi-day view; (c) split task (a variation on the theme of duplicating, but taking the original task's duration and splitting it between or among the resulting tasks); and (d) figures for each day: time committed (events and tasks-with-durations), time open (based on a per-day setting for working, or waking, hours).

You name it, I’ve tried it. Sorted3 is by far my favorite task manager in 10 years of the iPhone and way before that. The auto-scheduling feature makes it easy to plan my day, see how tasks fit into my calendared items, and allows for quick changes. It keeps a running list of completed items for each day, and the ability to check off events as well as tasks to remove them from the list is priceless. Apple Watch coordination makes the app even more useful. I’d love to get a corresponding Mac app, but this is so good, I’m willing to go iOS only to keep using it. Well done!

Sorted3 is totally great! I’ve used so many task and to-do apps but this one offers so much functionality. It’s easy to use and Looks great. I've been an avid and long-time user of 2Do, perhaps the app that changed how I live the most, and this app is doing the same! Built with a super simple and direct purpose, I've enjoyed using the app as a college student to manage small assignments, large projects, and day-to-day tasks, but also incorperate it all into a class schedule that varies every single day. It's a large change coming from an app that had so much flexibility (such as Email-to-2Do, nag alerts, and priority sorting), but learning the URL scheme, making use of tags, the inbox, etc. it's possible to get "close". Overall, I found the trade-offs worth it, and the app useful for me, but would be pleased to see these missed features as options in Sorted. Thank you Sorted team! Keep it up!

Honestly, in its current state, I would probably give this app 3.5 stars. But what excites me is what the app can be, and I will recommend it to everyone if for no other reason than to support the developers in hopes that they continue to work on. I love the concept, but has a lot of details that I think can be improved (or maybe I’m just trying to figure it out still). It desperately needs a desktop version. There’s just too much going on to efficiently plan my day out on the iOS app efficiently. Ideally, I could plan my day out on my desktop in the morning, and use the app to tweak/adjust/mark off items throughout the day. Hopefully that’s coming sooner rather than later. That said, I love the focus on time management/time blocking. It’s perfectly balanced between being simple yet feature-rich. Reminders doesn’t cut it for me, but Todoist was a little much. I’m hoping on board with Sorted 3 and hope will improve overtime.

Long-time Sorted 2 user here – just downloaded this new version, and am delighted with the features and capabilities you've added to the app. Looking forward to trying it out, and very grateful for the free unlock for those who already had Sorted 2 Pro. :-) Keep up the good work!

I find that the approach to schedule task to the time of day really help me focus on the work and complete more tasks. There app interface is also clean and slick. I am very satisfied with this app.

I've been getting more accomplished since using Sorted3.

Early use here, but like others I often find my to do list piling up with tasks I plan to do today or this week but I keep pushing it off and changing the due date. The problem was that I wasn't judging well how much I could get done in a day. Sorted forces me to put a duration for each task and then automatically schedule it. Then I can see if I've overscheduled myself and I can just adjust tasks to another day as needed. I feel more in control of my tasks and more productive. I can also purposely build in break or rest time as I need and not feel the pressure to just plow through a big task list. I know they are working on a MacOS app which is a HUGE need for me. I'd like to see them also add a way to jump back easily to today's schedule, to choose a default list for new tasks, due date, and a more robust repeat feature (adding M-F or customizing the repeat even more).

Love everything about this app. Worth every penny.

Scheduling tasks is unnecessarily time consuming, and I’ve wanted something like this for years. Thank you to the developers for filling that need. I’d like to migrate my work tasks too but am currently limited by the lack of a desktop feature (I think).

Sorted 3 is AMAZING. Super productive, intuitive, and fun to use… Is also quick to add new tasks or events. Didn’t think the app could get any better from Sorted 2 but it has. And for those of you not in the know, it does use natural language—for example you can add a task that says “go out for dinner at 8 PM” and it will automatically generate that time at that date you just click on it and it auto selects it. Boom! Pleasantly surprised 😲😊

I rarely write reviews, but I have totally fallen in love with Sorted3. I was a hardcore Things 3 user, but would get overwhelmed when I had a day with a lot of tasks on my list. Sorted’s Auto Scheduler helps me put everything in its place and ensures it will all get done with a minimum of stress. I LOVE it. And it’s so flexible to move things around when actual life stuff comes up. Which it always does. Thank you guys for making an app for real life. Also it’s pretty and has fun sounds and is just a joy to play with.

This is an incredibly useful app! I wish I had discovered it sooner. It does everything I have wanted other apps to do, and this one does it right. I was previously using separate apps for calendars and to-do tasks because they each did something I liked but not everything. Now I only use Sorted 3 and I’m loving it.
