So glad I tried yet another scheduling and prioritizing app. This works so well for me. The developers have not only done an incredible job they also elevate the user with insightful and wise guides. They teach you how to plan more effectively while remembering the importance of balance and self reflection. Love it

Tried various apps out there, this app checks all my requirements. Main highlights of this app that I liked include. 1. Tagging is excellent so is searching with tags, color coding of tag helps! 2. Swiping left and right to view previous and next days is very convenient! 3. Calendar is just an up swipe away! 4. Markdown is supported in notes! 5. Folders and Lists make it easy to organise your day and activities! 6. Convenient text editing shortcuts like H1, strike-through etc which live in the space above your keyboard! 7. Tagging, Scheduling and moving tasks in groups or batches. 8. Direct integration with iPhones native calendar app and the ability to directly add and manipulate events. 9. And the best feature is batch scheduling tasks for the day, I never thought that scheduling could be so helpful! 10. Excellent guides on the app’s philosophy and how to use it’s features. I can’t wait to try out all features of this app, overall an excellent and enjoyable app with fluid UI and things that just work. Kudos to it’s developers, now please release the Mac app soon 😀

Since more than 5 years I am searching for the best GTD app. After more than 2 months test I can say: Sorted3 is the best GTD app. The only missing piece is the MacOS version But the good news is that the sorted team is working hard on that. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, well thought out, easy to use calendar and reminder app. I plan to use this one exclusively and ditch the other 5 to 10 apps that I currently have or am looking at. Keep up the great job!

Must have app! Worth every penny. Reasonable price with a clean interface. The integration of schedule, tasks and notes is great. Switching from Things and not looking back.

Really fantastic app.

Does what it says in a easy to use fashion, I love it and have abandoned my work notebook for this. Great for me as I have many small tasks to do all day with a highly shifting priorities and is on my phone which is always with me, one less thing to carry is a double win in my book! Tried it and 3 days into the trial just bought it, probably already paid for itself in peace of mind.

I normally don’t use a scheduling app, but version 2 convinced me of its ease of use and graphical interface. Version 3 is a definitely a worthy upgrade. It’s much cleaner and ability to use format. It’s also automated for some tasks.

Despite a few crashes and some possible improvements the app is one of the best in its area.

This app is exactly what the other calendars don’t have, a simple ui and reminders that remind you on time!

It would be awesome if sorted could sync/pull the assignments calendar from College platforms such as Canvas!

I have d several different calendar/todo apps but Sorted does everything I need with ease and convenience. I like it.

I like how it seperates lists and to-do tasks, allows for formatting of all text, has icloud backup, ability to export everything, tags, and the simple straight forward UI. Perfect for my needs.

I have a lot of tasks that I need to keep track of and this is a great app for doing just that. I also really like the customization of scheduling tasks and how often I can be reminded to complete them and to be able to create notes within the app have a full calendar and reminder access makes this the ultimate productivity app. I also like that I could try everything before purchasing the full version as most apps either want you to pay then you have to try and get a refund or they are subscription based and you end up paying a lot of money over time which I refuse to do. Thank You for this Awesome Organization Tool :) And don’t believe the 1 star ratings as these are people too cheap to pay for an app that the developer invested a lot of time and money in to make. Well worth $10 !!!

I had used Sorted in the past, and liked a number of its unique features, but Sorted3 is a MAJOR evolutionary jump. Super useful app that is distinctly different from any other with which I am familiar (and I have used all the major and many of the minor task management apps).

Take care of your schedule, never seen an approach as complete integration of calendar and to dos in a timeline, great!

I’ve been using a lot of task managers, todo list or whatever you want to call them. This one fits my needs with a great UX and tools, and also of great importance: no subscription. So I’d like to thanks the developers for not entering the subscription based revenue, which most of the times are not consumer friendly.

I’ve been using earlier versions of Sorted since at least two years ago. Each release just keeps getting better and better. Love Sorted 3. Mich more powerful and easier to use. Keep up the great work. Look forward to the future.

And I mean that in most flattering, complimentary way possible. Instead of having a list of _____ todos that you need to work on while staying mindful of your calendar and how much time you have before your next appointment, simply schedule them into your day, allowing AUTOMATICALLY for underestimates and interruptions ! The benefit of this to me is that it not only let’s me see my priority todo’s in the real time of my daily schedule, and not only allows me to SCHEDULE my most important activities (instead of reaching the end of the day and “wondering” why they didn’t get done), but that it MAKES ME BE MORE HONEST ABOUT HOW LONG SOMETHING WILL TAKE, SEE HOW FULL MY DAY REALLY IS, which keeps me from overcommitting and creates the additional kick in the butt to get the most important things done. Downloaded for free, had 14 days free trial, but pressed the button on the $10 purchase within an hour. Once I saw the potential this app holds and realized all the ways it could help me, it was a crazy easy decision. Probably the best $10 purchase I’ve made in years.

I haven’t used it long, but I sure do love what I see so far! Super easy integration with my calendars and reminders! Seeing my calendar and having a todo list at the same time is so convenient! No more separate apps!

These guys have thought of everything. Intuitive gestures, pleasant sounds, beautiful design, and a spot-on task management philosophy that combines the best of calendaring and to-do lists. I’ve spent months hunting for an app with this exact combination of features and recently had given up thinking it didn’t exist. Now it does.

I just purchased the Pro version after just a few minutes of testing and I am really excited about it’s potential. I have used virtually all the to do apps in the App Store and I think that Sorted 3 is going to become my new daily to do app. It’s ability to schedule, choose time of day (morning, afternoon or evening) along with adjustable snoozes just to name a few of many features have me sold.

Quit possible the most time oriented project focused task manager I’ve ever used. Having used some of the app stores top contenders, 2do, Omnifocus and Todists to start, this app has all of the complicities of a top tier application handling with the careful simplicity of riding a bike. And this is just the start. I look forward to it’s growth and future developments. Give this app a try I think you’ll enjoy it.

I loved Sorted 2 and bought the upgrade because the product was so good and wanted to support the developers. After following them on social media, I eventually had a few interactions with the developers and they offered me to beta test Sorted 3. A few months later, Sorted 3 was everything I wanted Sorted 2 to improve upon and they did so with flying colors. It was a great experience to help them test this app. Bravo!

I love it, it would be far much better if it were possible to sync with Mac and PC.

These guys did again an awesome job. Much better handling and way more options-wow..!!! Great GUI with modern design and RTF, direct calls from the app by number (not by contacts which would be cool) and opening links in Safari. Still missing an option for a local based reminder, this would be the 6th ⭐️ 😉 An option to chose browser for the links would be great as well as the possibility to open Waze App (Google whatever ) from here when need navigation system to get to the next appointment. Changing color of App icon was nice too and honestly miss it a little though it’s just a gadget...btw new icon is great!

I LOVE THIS APP. Seriously the best calendar, tasks, notes app all in one I have ever used! Love how you can select and move things around so easily. It was well worth the $10 I paid for it, and it’s great that it’s a one time payment, not a subscription like other apps. Can’t wait to see what new features future updates bring!

Probably the most practical option I’ve tried so far. Could even be a separate screen on your desk, next to your work computer always open, while you can’t even check your phone or go to your calendar due to your crazy busy schedule. Well done,
