Wall of Love

Like many folks, I’ve tried all the ToDo productivity apps and there are some fantastic ones out there, but for one reason or another I can’t stick with them — too complex, too congested, or too simplistic, or some crucial need is missing or is difficult to use. The sweet spot for an app is different for everybody, but with Sorted I found mine and I’m surprised. The 14-day trial helps ... do I stay with it, do I like it, is it worth $15 (yes, and bonus: it’s not subscription) ... and then the one-time cost and all devices is so much better than separate iPad, iPhone, and Mac (Omni and Things, looking at you) prices. I’m not begrudging developers from making money, but upgrade and subscription fatigue is real. Yes, there is no Mac version yet. Bummer but not deal breaker for me. All I really want now is an uncluttered, attractive UI, quick capture of events and activities, then an easy way to triage how I work. Most productivity apps increase my stress rather than decrease. Sorted, I’ve found, decreases my anxiety. I know this is not a feature by feature breakdown. Just try it for yourself. It’s worth the effort. I hope these guys will be around and will continue to improve. I actually enjoy using this app, reaching for it several times each day, which surprises me.

*Sorted 3* is a rare, truly unique and useful, app! I'm VERY demanding of apps in expectations and use. It is powerful, useful, simple GUI, user friendly - no learning curve to master with a mass of icons and how-to instructions. Well maintained, so I can depend it on long term. I use it heavily, I haven't used the full potential like notes yet but I'm already hooked. NO SUBSCRIPTION! Unlike other advanced Task apps. Thank you!!! Just a one time worthy upgrade fee. I love to support app dev but not with subscriptions - delete. Sorted is unique and well above even the most advanced Task apps. It integrates with other apps in the Share Menu and syncs data with IOS both Calendar and Reminders. ***You can send email to Sorted and it creates a Task with the FULL text of the email including live links! FANTASTIC. So you don't have to install yet another email/todo app to stay on top of things. Sorted is better than those apps and email apps with tasks too. Excellent Watch OS app with large Complication for Calendar entries - syncs flawlessly, no delay or need to open Sorted on the phone to sync. That is a total game changer for me. I depend on my Watches all day long. Devs: thank you for your hard work to create and maintain Sorted. It's a pleasure to use.

Okay, so I rarely write reviews on the App Store, but this application is simply AMAZING. From the design to the ease of use, it perfectly does what it is meant for ! Oh, and I really like the fact that it automatically syncs. with my personal calendar. 👌

So excited to find an app that serves as a to do list and scheduler. This is a great tool for people with busy schedules and lots to get done. Love the aesthetic and neat tools for quick and efficient scheduling.

Sorted has worked better for me than any other productivity app. The ability to time block, allocating specific chunks of my day from my task list, combined with the calendar integration is killer. Their support team has been amazing, clarifying a few finer points about how I can best use Sorted. If you’ve struggled with other list apps, getting bogged down at the stage of actually processing your backlog of tasks, you should give the time blocking method a try.

This app is everything and more. I use it both at work and home. The integration with Apple apps is good. The only thing I would like to see is a note ability. I bought the full package it works great Thank you for explaining I can hit return after my title. That works better for Han a separate note field

Love all aspects of the design. But you’re missing one big United Statesbility feature - the ability to view all tasks(from the Inbox as well as different lists) in a unified view. Right now, I’m forced to use importance tags on all tasks to get a similar view. Build that and you’ve got it all.

In the past, I have always relied on apps for To Do lists. My calendar was usually separate, somewhere in the void and barely looked at. I went throughout my day and checked off items as I did them but never really got anywhere. Never really felt as if I was accomplishing anything. Justice spinning my wheels. That all changed in two days. I found this app in the App Store and loved the interface. That hooked me. After reading a little further about actually pulling my to do’s out of the “checkbox hell” and SCHEDULING then into my day- everything changed, as if a different part of my brain woke up. It all made sense. Sorted, if used properly, will change the way you plan and will help you through your day in a way that is refreshing and wonderful. The app has many cool features that mold into the planning process and with a swipe and a pull, you are on your way. Highly, highly recommended. *****Update! Update!***** I have a strange relationship with calendar apps. I get tired of them and switch from one to the other every so often. I used Sorted for awhile, loved it, then noticed that Things 3 had an update and, well, you guessed it. I switched. But not for long. Although I love these other calendar apps ( I have used Omnifocus and Things 3), Sorted is, by far, the best out of all of them. I have now switched back, once again, and will stay with this one.

Sometimes we download a new app quit similar to other app. But sometimes we download app like sorted3 : it’s really pleasant to have a user friendly app and very well crafted. Bravo to the designer of interaction, this app is useful and efficient. Continue!!!

A+++++ for the developer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hello???, I have bought every single organization, todo list calendar, and reminder list app that is out there including the most popular ones. There is absolutely no contest! This app by far exceeds my expectations and there IS NOT one thing that anybody could complain about in this app. It’s solid, reliable, no glitches, has every single feature that the popular apps have, PLUS features I never thought that I didn’t even know I needed. Ummm hello, it even schedule is your day for you it’s a minute. And when you’re running late or running early it magically reschedules it as many times as you need. This is the ultimate calendar, planner, to do list, and reminders app! It really is the best app out there! Check out the trial and just see what I mean. Also, I’m not in anyway affiliated with the developer of this app. I am not being asked to leave a review and I’m not getting paid leave a review. People just need to know about this app! I’m just absolutely baffled why this app is in dominating the charts.

Great to manage schedules and tasks, but one thing I really want to recommend is that hopefully one day can have invitations option! So that I would be able to send invitation to colleges and families for similar schedule events!

I’m absolutely in love with Sorted. I’ve always struggled with time management and being realistic about how much I can get done in a day, and Sorted makes the process of figuring that out so streamlined and easy. Having plan for your day not only helps you be more productive. It puts your mind at ease, knowing that you’ve got time set aside to take care of everything. I love that the auto scheduler smartly places my tasks around other events and obligations. I love that I can quickly spin up new events right from the app. Sorted literally replaces both the calendar and the to do list (and even a notes app to some extent). I am moving my personal tasks from Things over to Sorted. I find it’s really good for making sense out of large chunks of unstructured time like evenings and weekends. I will move my work tasks over as soon as the MacOS App is available. I signed up for the MacOS beta, but haven’t gotten an invite yet. Once that happens, I’ll migrate everything to Sorted.

Trust me I have been looking at todo apps and purchasing them for quite a while. Have no hesitation this is what you are looking for and the premium version is a steal compared to the prices in other apps! I am so glad to hear the desktop app is on the way! In the meantime the only feature I would love to see, as others have noted, is a view for all calendar events upcoming. Currently I get this by sending tasks to a list then when reviewing that list you can see further ahead. A more robust calendar view/timeline would be awesome since we can create events directly in the app. That’s it! Thanks again Sorted Team and keep the goodness coming!

One of my favorite task trackers! Please add a more fluent way to reschedule tasks - by dragging them to the right and switching to another day. Or enable page swipe with a second thumb.

I love using Sorted! I love how it's not a subscription based task app. The Sorted team are so kind and will help you out with any issues! This app has helped me manage my insane amounts of college assignments. It has become a huge part of my life and I can't wait until the mac os version comes out! I love this app, but some features that I would like to see is a due date (with the ability to see how many days are left), and a timer! While completing tasks, I like to use a timer so I can set a certain amount of time to complete a task and move onto another. That would be a really cool feature to add! Thank you so much for developing this wonderful app 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Making an app that “just works” is SUCH an achievement in software. Sure, there will always be some quirks, especially when dealing with multiple different external calendars, but on an everyday basis, Sorted is the ONLY app I’ve found that is a. more useful than a regular calendar, AND b. a delight to use, from the menu to the sound effects. It’s been a central part of my life for months with no interest in stopping. Sorted team, keep it up!

Forgot if I’ve ever given 5stars review to you guys but sorted3 is just wonderful! Who doesn’t love another 5 stars? Keep it up developers!! Good job!

I’m using full mode with payment but not regretting the investment at all.

Usually I don’t write reviews! However, this is the second app I want to write a review for. It’s one of my favorite apps for around six months and became quickly my daily task manager for my private and recently for my business life too. As soon as Sorted3 for Mac OS is out of Beta phase (1st of March 2019 today), it will become my central controlling tool. It already integrates perfectly with calendars and allows me to use Tags to set additional information for a specific task (which from my perspective however is usually an overkill of information). Even though, I labeled four Tags with Urgent, Important, Delegate, and Follow Up and use them from time to time. Lists, on the other hand, are very useful for my short and medium term tasks to categorize all task belonging to the same topic (e.g. List: Buy groceries). As long term reminders, e.g. for yearly tax stuff or remembering personal gifts, I put those tasks into different Lists and put those Lists into one Folder (Example—Task: Buy wine, List: 🎁 Presents for Dani, Folder: 🎁 Presents). One time tasks or tasks that just have to be noted down quickly, stay in the Inbox. In a nutshell, there a probably a lot of different ways how you can use Sorted3. It’s confusing during the first week(s), but if you force yourself to stick to it, you’ll see what it can do. The Sorted3 team responds quickly and fixed reproducible bugs within days. The first daily planning app that I actually learned to use regularly. Gives me a great overview of my day by letting me schedule tasks in beween calendar entries. The UI required a bit of learning but now I’m loving it.

I recently started geeking out over productivity apps. The “to-do” or “task manager” category of apps was a difficult one for me to narrow down because I’d never really used to-do lists to manage my life. I tried Todoist, Things 3, google and Microsoft tasks...they all seemed either too complex or to too simplistic. Sorted3 was one of those apps where upon using it for the first time, you get the sense that these guys really know what they’re doing. Frustrations I either couldn’t verbalize or didn’t even know that I had are answered with this app, and every few moments I found myself amazed by the attention to detail and how they took the best parts of every todo app and made, IMHO, the ultimate todo app.

I have a request. I wanna see "participant" and "memo" for each schedule on Google Calender, because they include very important info for the tasks. Please consider.

I have tried many task manager apps, but the way this one works is so seamless and easy to take notes, make tasks and events, and schedule them is absolutely fantastic! It works exactly the way you would expect and the guides are great. I live my life on this app now. It seems quite bulletproof and bug free in addition. A wonderfully written indispensable app.

Nice app

I know rely heavily on this app to make sure I don’t miss any important events or action items. I love how I can create events on my calendar on my pc or iMac Pro and it syncs without a flinch. What is even more hand is we have a family calendar and I am syncing it to sorted and now I never forget family events or birthdays.

I’ve tried all the top schedule, calendar and todo apps available. This is the only one that will bring in all my calendars and my to dos on an easy to read daily schedule and make me more productive. The best was they gave the free trial. That allowed me to use it and fall in love. If they didn’t offer the free trial I don’t know if I would have ever discovered it.

The best TODO / Calendar / Reminder App I have ever used. I have searched long and hard for something that could prompt me to take care of my recurring weekly or bi-weekly tasks like calling my parents while also acting as a simple todo list that could allow me to get stuff done. No other app has helped me do that more. There is just so much functionality baked into a simple UI. Thank you!

I have been using Sorted from the early days. It just keeps getting better. It seems like most app developers don’t use their own apps, or they would change it. Sorted developers must use their app., it’s very well thought out. AND it works on the Apple Watch... they just don’t say they it for the Watch. I would like to see the ability to set more than one reminder, or one that repeats. Not a deal breaker though. Thanks.

I stumbled on this app almost by accident and it was just what I needed. I’ve know for awhile that following a to-do list is not how you get first priority things done. It happens by scheduling them which is something Sorted does well. However, it doesn’t overlook the need for to-do lists; it simply allows you to make them subordinate to scheduling (if you choose). It takes a little time to learn the features but really worth it. I’ve used the amazing PIM called Ecco Professional on my desktop for years and Sorted has some of its capabilities. I highly recommend this for busy people who want an app that can help them manage their time well (and get things done..in the right order!)

Brilliant app. Forces you to schedule items rather than just carrying to do lists which is the real way to accomplish tasks. App works great and designed very well.

Before I found Sorted, I was a mess. Sounds dramatic but it’s true. I was struggling with finding a way to manage my life. A paper planner wasn’t possible anymore as I have four different streams of productivity I have to juggle (motherhood, school, work, and myself). I live by the hour blocks of my calendar and I was losing track of things. In the land of countless subscription based productivity apps, I found my grail (a single purchase grail, at that!). I can see my appointments and events and weave tasks in there as needed. Having the flexibility to multi-tag my tasks and put them lists has been really helpful. I also love having the option to check off things as I complete them. Even events! They’re constantly improving this app. I’m relieved to have found it.
