I’ve recently been back to using the app I’ve used for years, now I find I miss some of the great features of Sorted3. It’s nice to be back. I suspect the busier one is, the greater value in Sorted ability to arrange the day and increase productivity. I look forward to the Mac version.

I appreciate the free trial for this app and really enjoyed it....plus I got this app because I msg them about some things & they responded quickly. It shows they care as developers. Have to say the way to organize items is great. I’m currently having some bugs which I’ve reached out to them already & I’m soo hoping it gets fixed🙏🏼. I only wish there was an option for an interval reminder/nag alert for when I don’t hear the task the 1st time it will alert you again. Other then that they have done some great work with UI & overall task management capabilities.

Scheduling done right. Great app, I highly recommend giving it a go. No subscription pricing or signing up to yet another account or any of that fashionable nonsense. A full-featured 14 day trial, by the end of which the value of purchasing the thing will be obvious I promise. Well done devs and thank you!

As already mentioned elsewhere. Reading the user guides really helps to gain an appreciation for how useful and practical this app is when it comes to organising and prioritising tasks! As a serial and habitual procrastinator, I need something which keeps me on track and ahead of the game. Sorted has me sorted...👍 Only slight downside is inconsistent connectivity with my work calendar! (MSExchange) I am pretty certain that the root cause of this issue is linked to how the work email/calendar functions through a secure connection; given that local calendars on my iPad consistently perform without issue... Otherwise very pleased- great app and well worth the money

It would be better if a set of tasks, say under the same tag or status, could be grouped into 1 pdf for email or print out.

The auto-schedule is a great feature that takes all the math out of scheduling your tasks. The UI is clean and intuitive. The calendar integration is probably the best out of any task management app I’ve used, since you can also edit your events from the app itself. My only complaint is that the app is kind of expensive and does not yet have a Mac version. However, I know the devs are working hard on the Mac version and they will probably have it out soon.

This App have what just what I need. Enjoying it so far!!

I love this apps it is the most beautiful gtd. But can u add the web or window 😭 I’m not comfortable for always checking the phone at office. Also please add the function for showing the sub-todo/ sub-title without clicking the main item because I will miss the details

The best app for self-organization.

I can struggle with my ToDo list, but Sorted gives me an amazing amount of power to schedule my day, integrate with Siri, batch action my tasks, and so much more! The Guides built into the app really help learn all the app functionality. The developers seem really responsive. I can’t wait for the Mac app!

Hi, If you want this app to truly benefit you. Please read the instructions at the beginning it’ll help you assimilate to using the app in the best way possible. I didn’t do this which made it harder for me. But now I have I understand it better and it’s easier to use and can be very effective

It’s excellent

The simple UI makes allows sorted to be easy and productive to use. First, it’s simple to add a note, choose length of time, and when. Second, the list combines my calendar to the list. Third, the Auto Schedule feature is worth the money. I am more efficient now that I can dumb a list and allow Sorted to arrange my day. Sorted knows when my other events are scheduled and it works around it. This app is worth everyt penny. If you like productivity, this is it.

This is the best scheduler out there. I am eagerly anticipating the MacOS version as that will make me drop Things across the board!

I have tried multiple to do list but I like this one the most and that’s because this app take care of one aspect which is the time. I have to run a business and home and finding the balance to do so is not easy. Scheduling the day ensures that I don’t get overwhelmed and ensures that eventually all tasks are getting done. The design UI is much better than its competitors like Todoist and OmniFocus. I have enjoyed it. Adding tasks can be really easy on the iPhone. I really recommend using it for everyone who wants to increase their productivity and enjoyment out of life. It helps you balance everything.

I have tried many to do and calendar apps over the years and this is my favorite by a long shot. Sorted encourages me to plan my day and schedule upcoming tasks without punishing me for needing to reschedule (which happens often). It is the first to do app that helps me get things done rather than just collecting my to dos.

I love the app, is well design, responsive and the overall quality highly surpasses my expectations. I just hope someday to see the Anytime option in Events (as there is in tasks) and the hability to include the checkbox or not in events.

I’ve tried multiple todo apps before, but I just keep coming back to Sorted. It’s a bit on the pricey side, but it’s well worth it. The interface looks busy, to be honest, and not a lot of whitespace, but it gets the job done. Still waiting for the macOS beta though. Oh and also would like to see the magic plus button from Things 3 being copied over. That looked neat. Wonder why no one copied that.

I have tried all the Todo apps in the App Store and this one is the best! With the exception of being able to email to the app ( which I feel they’ll get there) this app is full featured with everything I need. Of course there are a lot of todo apps that have these features as well. But what sets Sorted3 apart from the others is it has Full calendar integration. Edit the iOS calendar from the app, no need to open up a calendar app. Calendar events show up in the todo listings with the daily task and can be checked off just like a task. Everything is captured and processed!!!

Greatest schedule app of all time. I’m in love with it. Now my phone helps me be more productive and focused. —————————————————————— This app is so awesome I actually had to come back and say how awesome it is again. I’ve never felt so productive and on top of things in my life. There are so many different ways to schedule, track, set reminders, and I love it. I’m very surprised this app doesn’t cost more but I am extremely thankful that it is affordable and that you guys allow 14 days without subscribing. That shows you guys have confidence in your product and you know that the customer is going to put in the effort to subscribe themselves after the 14 days. This app is definitely the #1 app in the App Store for me. On a scale of 1-5 I’d give this 10 stars if I could. Ok I’m done. Just needed the word to know how awesome this app is!

I hope there will be on macOS soon, it will be more convenient if I can schedule my tasks on Mac.

Having pretty bad ADHD, I have never been able to get things done or keep a reliable to-do list. This app is a legitimate game changer for me. It keeps my calendar and to do list in a simple but very logical location. The fluidity and ease-ability this app brings is incredible. Anyone struggling to stay productive or manage their time will be obsessed with this. Also the fact you’re not having to pay a monthly subscription that everyone seems to be doing now is a plus.

I’m always in search of an even better app to track open items and plans my days and weeks ahead. I’ve probably moved through over a dozen such apps over the past several years. I tried out Sorted immediately after watching a ScreencastsOnline video recently and was instantly impressed and found myself converting to Sorted from a long used tracking app. I think Sorted may be one that has staying power over the longer term. Beautifully designed and very practical. Its clever integration with the calendar is key to managing a productive day rather than just listing todo items.

Sorted is the best time management/to do list app I've ever used. What separates it from the others is its focus on planning your day, hour by hour. Most apps just let you make big, unwieldy to do lists that leave you feeling intimidated. With Sorted, you actually schedule your to do items on a daily timeline. Moreover, it's easy (and even fun) to rearrange your schedule as your day goes on. You just select one or more items and then instantly move them to later in the day or to another day. I don't see how I could ever go back to a plain old to do list app.

This app makes you more productive! Sorted3 is the perfect to do list app for overachievers. You can manage your tasks and events in one place. The best thing about this app is the auto-schedule feature. It allows you to take a look at your scheduled events and your goals for the day and determine if your plans are realistic. You can come up with a specific plan for each project and get into execution mode with literally less than five minutes of planning. If you get pulled away, you can always get back on track with just a few clicks. In general, the app is very easy to use. It integrates well with my iCloud calendar, haven’t tried others. I think this app works best in conjunction with existing task management apps. Personally, I just use Evernote to keep a more comprehensive list of tasks and projects, but I think this would work well with Omnifocus, Nozbe or whatever else you use.

Very impressed with Sorted 3. I’ve tried several task apps, but this one has far out performed the rest. I really wanted an app that integrated with my calendar and allowed me to schedule my to do lists, and Sorted does it all. The only thing I would like it to do is be able to collaborate with other people. I would like the ability to send a task to someone and see that they have checked it off when it is completed. But other than that, I love this app!

Wow. What a simply amazing app. I have been using another one but only your app allows me to make an appointment in the app which automatically shows up in iCal. Very well done once again. By the way have you any thoughts about producing a Mac version?

I’ve been using Sorted3 to organise my life for more than two months now, so far I’ve been enjoying it. It’s really easy to use, and it’s an one-off payment which is totally worthwhile. Would highly recommend it. But I would like to suggest a feature to be added to lists so that I can note down some key words to remind myself of each projects (just like Things3). Overall, great job!

This app finally marks the end of my search for task managing apps. I have tried Habitica, Wunderlist, Todoist, and even OmniFocus 3, among other apps. What sets Sorted 3 apart for me is its ability to schedule tasks within the app. This app is, to my knowledge, the most efficient way out there to create and schedule tasks. Not to mention its design is sleek and beautiful. It is well worth the $15; I highly recommend. I would also like to suggest a feature that allows you to add tasks to your ”Today” (or any other day) view for scheduling, even if they aren’t officially ”due” on that day. This would help people schedule non-due-date tasks into their day in addition to the scheduling of tasks that should be worked on prior to their due date.

I don’t know what it is about this app, but somehow it makes me want to check items off. In just two days I’m already more productive than I was with my previous task manager. Auto schedule is amazing for keeping yourself organized and keeping the app’s notification badge in check. Truly amazing stuff. Is the app as polished as some others? No, not nearly. There are minor bugs here and there but overall it’s a fantastic experience.

I have tried different organizing apps along the years and this one is by far the best one I have find. You can easily schedule tasks in time, organize them with lists and tag them with words. Easy to use and very intuitive app. Highly recommend.

As a long time user of Things..and others, I often wished there was a productivity app that had the best bits from all of them. Well here it is! A mashup of all the good stuff. Still evaluating but looks like I will purchase when my trial is up.
